Welcome to OldPhotoFix (“we,” “our,” or “the App”). Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The App offers the following services:
Photo restoration, scratch removal, colorization, and quality enhancement;
AI-based image processing and effects generation;
Technical support and related services.
We may update, improve, or modify the services at any time without prior notice.
You must be at least 13 years old or legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
By using the App, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms and assume the rights and obligations herein.
You must provide accurate and truthful registration information;
You are fully responsible for all actions under your account, including maintaining the confidentiality of your password;
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately.
Images you upload are used only for the requested processing services;
You represent and warrant that uploaded content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, portrait rights, or other legal rights;
We do not claim ownership of user-uploaded content but may use it solely to provide the requested services.
You may not use the App for illegal, infringing, or harmful activities;
You may not upload content that is obscene, violent, terrorist-related, politically sensitive, or otherwise illegal;
We reserve the right to warn, restrict, or terminate service for violations of these Terms.
Please review our [Privacy Policy] to understand how we collect, use, store, and protect your information, including uploaded images and anonymized usage data.
Special Notice: The App does not collect or store user facial data.
All content in the App — including software, interfaces, icons, text, images, algorithms, and AI models — belongs to OldPhotoFix or its licensors.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use any App content without permission.
We are not responsible for service interruptions or losses caused by network, device, or user errors;
While we strive to provide high-quality results, the App cannot guarantee that generated images will meet all user expectations;
Users assume all risk in using the generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OldPhotoFix is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted with the “Effective Date.” Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Users may stop using the App at any time;
We may suspend or terminate service for users who violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation or, if unresolved, submitted to the competent court where the App developer is located.
